INFORMATION
Payment
We accept payment by PayPal or Direct Bank Deposit. All payments must be made within four days of purchase. If you are paying by Direct Bank Deposit, we will need your name as a reference otherwise your payment may not be cleared.
Warranty
Elite Online is very confident in its quality products. A manufacturer's warranty applies from date of purchase. The warranty does not extend to the item being physically abused or damaged as a result of misuse or improper installation on the user’s part. Buyer must contact for return address and pay shipping costs for returned items for exchange or refund.
Shipping
Your item will be shipped to you within two working days after receiving payment clearance. The Buyer is to pay the shipping fee for returned items. Orders will be shipped out via Australia Post and usually delivered within 4-10 working days within Australia. International sales may differ.
Returns
The item must be returned within 30 days after buyer receives it. The item must be in original, unused, resellable condition, with all tags and packaging. Buyer pays for return shipping cost.
